First comes love, then comes marriage.... We bought our 1926 bungalow in March 2005 and spent the last year updating and restoring the house. In January 2006 we found out we are expecting our first child in September 2006. Shhh! Don't tell Seattle and Madison.
Gavin is doing great! Sleeping much better at night and enjoying hanging out at the Jacobs house.

Gavin arrived home on Wednesday, Sept 13 and is doing great (except for enjoying being awake at night and sleeping during the day!). Many thanks to family and friends for their well wishes via phone calls, emails and cards - they are much appreciated by both Scott and myself.
Had his first outing today to the pediatricians office and is in the 90th percentile for his height, and 50th percentile for his weight. Future Gator quaterback in the making...
Since the number one question we get is where did Gavin get all that hair, we'll post Jennifer's baby picture for comparison!

Gavin Robert Jacobs born Sunday September 10, 2006 at 11:10pm wieghed 8.0 lbs and was 20 3/4 inches. He showed up two days early. He couldn't wait to meet his mom and dad!
